Shipping: Collection only from Cadogan Hall, 5 Sloane Terrace, London SW1X 9DQ. To be collected during the Chelsea Arts Festival dates between 10am and 6pm 16th - 20th September.

Terms and Information

Online Pre-Sale

Tote bags are available to purchase online ahead of the Chelsea Arts Festival. Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase. Your order confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase and must be presented at collection.

Collection in Person

Bags must be collected in person at the festival collection point at Cadogan Hall. We are unable to post, deliver, or hold bags after the festival closes.

To collect your bag, please bring:

Your order confirmation email (digital or printed)
A valid photo ID

Collection is available during festival opening hours only.

Uncollected Orders

Any bag not collected during the festival period will be forfeited. We are unable to arrange alternative collection or issue refunds for uncollected orders, including where you are unable to attend.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after checkout.

Faulty Items

If your bag is faulty or not as described, please flag this at the collection point before leaving the site and we will arrange an exchange where stock allows. If you need to report an issue after you have left the festival site please contact us at the email address below.
