Join The London Theatre Review at the Saatchi Gallery for a live recording of the award-nominated podcast, to find out what you should see (and what you should avoid) in Theatreland right now.
Back for its second year at Chelsea Arts Festival, this very special one-off recording features in-depth interviews with two of British theatre’s most compelling voices – rare conversations offering insight from both sides of the curtain.
Alongside the usual news, show reviews and quizzes, LTR hosts Nancy Durrant, Nick Curtis and Nick Clark will be joined by Indhu Rubasingham, Director of the National Theatre. Since taking the helm of one of the world’s most celebrated theatre institutions in 2023, Rubasingham has brought a bold and expansive vision to the South Bank, building on a distinguished career leading the Kiln Theatre and championing new voices across British theatre. She’ll discuss her plans for the National, the stories she wants to tell, and what it takes to run one of the country’s most vital cultural institutions.
Your hosts – Nick Clark, Nick Curtis and Nancy Durrant – bring decades of experience covering the capital’s theatrical landscape. From the Evening Standard’s culture desk to The Times’ arts pages, these seasoned critics have a deep love of theatre and plenty of big opinions.
This exclusive live recording offers theatre lovers a rare opportunity to witness these conversations as they happen, with the energy and spontaneity that can only come from a live audience.
