Karen Haller FRSA is a leading global expert in Behavioural Design and Colour Psychology, specialising in how colour and design influence the way we think, feel and behave. Originally from Sydney and now based in the UK, she works with businesses and design professionals to bring a deeper understanding of human behaviour into the way products, interiors and environments are designed and experienced.

She is the bestselling author of The Little Book of Colour: How to Use the Psychology of Colour to Transform Your Life, which has been translated into 14 languages, and a contributing author to Colour Design: Theories and Applications. She has also taught hundreds of design professionals around the world through her courses in applied colour and design psychology.

Karen works internationally with brands and organisations including Samsung, Dove, M&S, Huawei and Fiat. She is also an international speaker, media commentator and regular contributor to design and lifestyle publications, exploring the role colour and design play in our everyday lives and the spaces around us.

A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Karen has been at the forefront of colour and design psychology for more than 20 years, pioneering a deeper understanding of colour that moves beyond aesthetics and shows how our responses to colour can influence our emotions, behaviour and experience of the environments we inhabit.
