Celeste Bell

Celeste Bell is a filmmaker, writer, and performer dedicated to the public preservation and promotion of her mother’s cultural legacy. She co-directed the critically acclaimed documentary Poly Styrene: I Am a Cliché, which won Best Documentary and the Raindance Discovery Award at the 2021 British Independent Film Awards (BIFA). She is also the co-author of the definitive biography Dayglo: The Poly Styrene Story. As the custodian of the Poly Styrene archive and estate, Celeste curates live events and facilitates major loans of archival pieces to world-renowned institutions, including the V&A, Tate Britain, and Somerset House.
