Corrina is the founder of Bechdel Test Fest – London’s feminist film festival which ran from 2014 – 2020. She was awarded a Women In Hollywood Trailblazer award in 2017 and was nominated for a Screen Rising Star Award in 2019.

Corrina will host a Q&A with Sadie Frost and Twiggy at Everyman Cinema following the screening of Twiggy.

She entered film in VOD marketing for Virgin Movies and as a film critic she has contributed to Empire, Common Sense Media, BBC Radio, Huffington Post, Total Film and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and London Live. Her work on Black female desire on screen has been featured in Christina Newland’s She Found It at the Movies: Women Writers on Sex, Desire and Cinema.

In 2020 Corrina wrote and voiced a documentary on Ava DuVernay for BBC’s Inside Cinema, delivered the EPK for debbie tucker green’s Ear For Eye and contributed DVD interview extras to Mike Leigh’s Secrets and Lies and the BFI re-release of Babymother. 

Corrina has produced podcasts including the Picturehouse podcast and Bechdel Test Fest’s Who Is She series spotlighting trailblazing women in cinema. She has been a juror at London Short Film Festival, Aswan Women in Film, British Independent Film Awards and BAFTA.
