Sadie Frost

Sadie Frost has over four decades of experience in film, theatre and television. As an actor, Sadie starred in globally acclaimed films such as Francis Ford Coppola’s Bram Stoker’s Dracula alongside Keanu Reeves, Gary Oldman and Winona Ryder, and heavyweight television dramas such as Jon Avnet’s Uprising. Sadie directed Quant, a documentary about the iconic British fashion designer Mary Quant, starring Edward Enniful, Kate Moss, Vivienne Westwood, Charlotte Tilbury, and many more. The documentary premiered at The London Film Festival.

Most recently she directed Twiggy, an intimate, star-studded dive into the birth of an icon, and everything that followed. A look into the life of the greatest it-girl of all time.

On this documentary, Sadie Frost said, “After my debut documentary on the 1950s and 60s fashion designer Mary Quant, I wanted to dive deeper into the era and cultural figures that paved the way for how fashion evolved. With this film, I will paint a distinctive portrait of Twiggy by injecting femininity and humour with punchy bright graphics. Giving it a chic and playful tone in order to bring the ‘real Twiggy’ to the big screen.”

At Chelsea Arts Festival, Sadie Frost will be joining Anna Smith for A Celebration of British Film & Televsion at Cadogan Hall.
