The Women’s Prize Trust enhances communities by fostering inclusive pathways for women within literature and beyond. Operating as a charitable organisation, they expand access to and understanding of female authors’ works for every reader, establishing an awards framework that celebrates exceptional women writers and inspirational figures whilst cultivating a nurturing, international network of literary enthusiasts and creators. The Women’s Prize for Fiction represents the world’s premier recognition of feminine artistic expression.

At Chelsea Arts Festival, we are thrilled to present a Women’s Prize for Fiction Literary Salon to mark their 30th Anniversary. This exclusive gathering at Cadogan Hall will feature readings and performances and will include Kate Mosse, June Sarpong and more names still to be announced.

The Women’s Prize has just announced Bernadine Evaristo as the winner of their Outstanding Contribution Award.

Congratulations to Yael van der Wouden who won the 2025 Women’s Prize for Fiction for her book, The Safekeep. An exhilarating tale of twisted desire, histories and homes, and the unexpected shape of revenge – for readers of Patricia Highsmith, Sarah Waters and Ian McEwan’s Atonement.
